The competition can be attended by foreign companies and organizations, as well as domestic suppliers, and manufacturers, including small businesses that have experience in the supply of similar products.

To participate in the competition, participants must transfer to a special account a guarantee of securing their bid in the amount of $ 10,000. Foreign participants - in US dollars, domestic participants - in national currency at the rate of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan on the day of payment. In case of impossibility of transferring the deposit, the participant can issue a bank guarantee of the offer "Bid bond" for a period of 4 months with possible prolongation or cancellation.
Bids shall be submitted in a sealed form in accordance with the requirements of the tender documentation. The deadline for the submission of bids is August 20, 2018 to 17:00 local time. The package with competitive documents must be delivered promptly by courier mail or purposely in a sealed envelope with the requisites of the sender, the name of the item and the number of the contest.
